Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
MADE TO ORDER:
Our most print products are made to order. If you are not satisfied with your order of any made to order product, we can exchange or you will have store credit, NO REFUNDS. If you receive any damaged product, please take pictures of the damage and send it to us ASAP. We will review it and we will replace it for FREE once we receive the damaged product back.
CUSTOME ORDER:
Any custom order requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%. No refunds or returns. If client wants to cancel, or make changes, the deposit is kept and there may be an additional charge.
PRE-MADE or STOCK PRODUCT:
If you are not satisfied with your order of any pre-made or stock product, you have the right to return it within 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied before refund. (not including shipping)
Final Sale & Clearance Items:
Any clearance, discounted items and/or "one of a kind" items are non-refundable.
SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning items unless damaged. If you receive any damaged product, please take pictures of the damage and send it to us. We will review it and we will replace it for FREE once we receive the damaged product back.
